Braven & The Lobby Bar
Braven is a new breed of steakhouse in the JW Marriott Edmonton ICE District—merging unfussy, old-school sensibilities with modern grace and style.
The brand design needed to feel upscale, yet accessible in order to compete and stand out from the other surrounding restaurants in the district. The materials and colours used for the printed matter are influenced by the space itself, creating a sense of warmth and comfort, juxtaposed with embossed and foil finishes to feel high-end.
Sandwiched between two restaurants in the hotel, The Lobby Bar serves as a luxurious urban living room for hotel guests and locals to lounge. The visual identity was kept simple, acting as an extension to Braven’s brand.
